This year we have canned 300 quartz of tomatoes and about 50 quartz of pickles plus beans, peas, corn and peppers. Obviously for more than one family, Thanks Gunny I have never pickled tomatoes before but I will have to give it a try. Tell mom thank you and I hope she has a speedy recovery, she looks great.

You are so nice.
She is a fabulous 75 year old woman with great spirit and energy.
I have just had a blast re-connecting with her and taking care of her the last 5 weeks.
She is moving this weekend back to her house now that she is recovered so well.
