  • You should check out bodyrock tv on here. She does workouts that help you lose alot of weight and the workouts usually run 10-15 mins.

  • I do the park far away thing that's a great tip. When there are several stores close together instead driving to each 1 I'll in between them and walk to each 1. I'm also definitely a 3-5 minute workout person. I've been slacking lately on my workouts but u've motivated to get back on track
