I dont think Pacquiao has to answer the media in English.. the media wanted to interview Pacquiao and they were too rude to ask him some questions in a foreign language.. It's just that, in the end, it turns out, Pacquiao was too hospitable to answer back using the same language.. If I were popular and I know that the information I'll be sharing the media would be very important for them, I won't give it to them unless they'll learn my language or at least hire an interpreter..
