BUHARI/BAKARE (CPC) 'll giv us d change we need. Nigeria is making a lot of money due to the unrests in Libya. A barrel of oil today is $120/barrel while our budget was based on $65/barrel. Nigeria is making an average of $55/barrel and we produce 2 million barrels per day. In total we are getting a surplus of 1.1 billion US dollars per day since 16th february. Jonathan is telling us that the nations reserves is just 3 billion dollars and keeps depleting from the orginal 38 Billions dollars
