Turbo Jam - Cardio Party Remix

Working out doesn't have to be boring! HAVE FUN!! :-D

After losing 50lbs doing home workouts and cutting food portions, I hit a plateau. I found beachbody.com and Turbo Jam. I love to dance, so that was the best workout program for me to lose weight. I started Turbo Jam on January 20th, 2007, secured her full collection of Turbo Jam workouts and lost 30 pounds in 5 months . I LOVE them all and have kept them as a staple in my daily workouts. Cario Party Remix is a combination of all the best moves from her Cardio Party DVDs - it is one of my FAVORITE workouts. I haven't done it in about a year and still pretty much remember all the moves! :-D
