u can't really return an item you've used out of. Its THE COMPANY you should complain to for unsatisfactory performance of a product. If the product had been returned unopened, fine, your unfriendly cashier could've given back your money with the receipt. Don't feel bad..

my locs were started from coiling with a comb.... from there i just twist them to keep them locd... thanks
