  • Watch Bas Rutten's video on kick technique-I never want to get kicked by someone who has training.

  • If you watch. The martial arts guys kick a dummie with no support.. Bas kicks a dummie that's tied down and braced. Of course there's going to be more deflection. It'd be like kicking somebody that's up against a wall, the dummies chest has nowhere to go but to compress.

  • UCC fight science show must think veiwers are stupid. Anybody who know enoughs about martial arts can clearly SEE that this so called MMA Kick bas demoed Is actually the fabeled MUAY THAI ROUND KICK. And how dare these UCC FC assholes insinuate that the mma kick is stronger than a tmuay thai kick and the thai fighter didn't even kick, he used a knee strike! This show is so miss leading, it's insults the martial arts as well as peoples intelligents.

  • hes old his knees are bad and he fought in the ufc

  • Why doesnt Bas go to da UFC
