So the folks over at Vollrath Food Services educated me with some helpful food/restaurant facts. Apparently, according to a 60 Minutes study, the dirtiest food item in any restaurant is the lemon. Makes sense, when you think that lemons typically get cut by either bar-tenders of wait staff versus cook staff. Checkout how Vollrath is making efforts to clean up your lemons with the wedge-master 2. Wedge-master, lol. That just sounds funny...anyway.
