I'm from Victoria and fish on port Phillip bay we used to bag out 60 fish or so 5 years ago but now we are extremely happy with 20 there was an article in the paper the other day and it was saying that those 8 legged starfish eat all the food that the whiting and snapper live on so it makes me shorty but I would love to get over to robe and catch some of those big 60 centremetre whiting cheers

I'll be out this Monday 30/11/2009 for the start of the snapper season. Won't be happy if I'm catching snapper as big as theone in your video!!! I'll be 28Km off shore at Jurassic park with all the other weekend warriors!!! 80 boats on Jurassics last year for the opening day!! CRAZY

You don't like my facial cover???? :) Why not? You have something against people with facial growth???? :) Mate any Snapper is a good Snapper. I went to Yorkes over the weekend and even though it was blowing like a bastard I caught 3 fish over 80cms. I hope you do as well as I did.

Too bad you have to drive all that way to get a feed of whiting, i reguarly bag out on O/S whiting off the adelaide metro coast.

Off Cape Elizabeth judging on the size of the whiting and the presence of the pesky rugger snapper. And I correct??? I got about 100 gps arks for Port Hughes!!!
