Black Ops CPU Usage

Black Ops CPU issue is apparent even on the menus. Clearly no testing was done on the PC version.

ITS ALL BECAUSE OF THE FUCKING XBOX WITH ITS OUTDATED DRIVERS AND SHIT! The thing is that because of Xbox shitty hardware Black Ops pushes more of the load to the CPU instead of sharing it with the GPU... wich it should be doing.

i have an Asus Maximus formula board + 4gb 1066mhz with a intel quad at 3.5ghz and a Geforce GTX470. Mine lags too, its a code issue. My machines not exactly bad spec now is it? ( to that spongy git who says get a decent pc) i know its not Top of the range but jesus do you not know anything about computing?

Man we know it sucks, we knew issues would arrise but be patient and a fix should be along.

@ImmortalUniverse what facts? the things you presented to me weren't FACTS, THOSE WERE OPPINIONS! it is a fact that GTA4 and black ops are poorly coded, why? they don't want to invest time in coding a game better for a small part of the market...

xbox games are easy to code, that's why developers love the xbox...

@ImmortalUniverse hey dickhead, it's not about MY coding skills, if spieldberg makes a movie that sucks and Tarantino makes a movie that's great should i learn how to make movies because of spieldberg? im not against games or the developers (only against publishers) GTA IV is a great game but you do know FPS and AA have nothing to do with diskspace... also games that are on the xbox run just fine becuase there aren't more than one configurations for it. lmfao, if you think GTA 4 is poorly coded ,then you seriously need a new PC.

it 1 of the easiest games to run on both my PC and xbox360

it barly uses high specs .

ofcourse the framerate and aliasing in GTA4 was always poor,

but how else can you get complete liberty city on such small disk space.

if you think you can code better then go for a job at rockstar games.

black ops even runs on my old crappy PC ,so should say enough to you guys with high end PC's

NO. that's not the problem, black ops is just like GTA IV.... POORLY CODED!!!!! they didn't go thru the effort of coding it to be good for any configuration, and why? Activision, the cancer that is destroying games.

also, old problem is old.. they fixed it and the game runs better but it's still not in an optimized to the full extent, i rly wish microsoft/sony would release a new more powerfull console.....

well the xbox version runs beautifull on my xbox 360.

and the PC version probably is totally different .

looks the same , but programmed different .

if black ops runs shitty on your PC . then you might wanna look at your PC specs ,

also to many cores can bug some games .

try to run on less cores by switching some off in task manager.

if your cpu allows it.
