This legal battle is madness. It's clear that Minnesota has no particular passion for either one of them if they couldn't definitively choose. I do believe Minnesotans wanted their old governor, a true patriot, Jesse Ventura, to be seated. Why don't these two A-holes just withdraw completely and allow 3rd place to be seated so Minnesota can get some actual representation!

If Franken wanted to do a recount. Why does he want it to stop now that he's "ahead" and not count any more?? He doesn't want to count the military or absentee ballots...Hmmmm Strange huh??
