Sorry for the long delay since my last race (crazy times for me). With the 2010 Canadian Tire Series over, its back to classic Winston Cup racing!
Anyway we continue with what I have left of 1993 with the Bud 500 from Bristol.
Mark Martin is riding a 2 race winning streak and has won the pole for this race but Rusty Wallace blew em away here in the spring and is looking for the Bristol sweep!

SpeedWorld music...Bob, Benny and Ned in the booth...Doc and John Kernan (and Bill Weber) on pit road...actually paying attention to an informative starting grid. THIS was NASCAR coverage the way it ought to be.

Fell asleep when this race was televised and never got to watch it. Thanks for posting. Those old ESPN intros always give me chills. Racing was the only sport I followed back then and it was Rusty Wallace all the way....

ESPNs intors were the best, this was back when Bristol was a race i couldnt wait for!This was a long time ago but dosent feel like it.
