Yeah but usually that requires some kind of scripting to make the sound crystal clear and fully synced, since these are all class assignments and ultimately have to be turned in as MOV files I just don't bother worrying about the sound quality for the SWFs. Once I feel more confident in my scripting abilities I'll pay more attention to the SWFs' sound quality, but for now the only thing that matters is MOV quality, and believe me the resolution is perfect at the original 1920 by 1080 pixel ratio
Newgrounds processes the video better.

Flash does have support for sound with quality equaling that which you can jam into a .mov file.
Such sound settings are far from the default ones though, as macromedia (or now adobe) wants files to be interwebs friendly and compressed.
