@FBtje "For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily" Colossians 2:9 it does not say for in him dwelleth the son of god, but ALL of God. The Father did not send someone else to die for us, how ethical would that be? That would be child sacrifice, which God is totally against! The Father died for us himself; the son only refers to his humanity while the Father refers to his Deity-the deity created the humanity, which is why Jesus called the deity his Father.
