  • that just inspired me, I am 49 and can do about 165 up over my head.

    I weigh 165, is that good, low or? never tried dead lift but I am skinny!

  • @starkrush Pressing bodyweight is pretty good if done in a strict fashion.

  • @maledictium Not yet. I'm 185 right now so this is just 7.5 lbs. shy of 2.5x bodyweight. I should be hitting that mark real soon.

  • Impressive. You looked like you had another rep or two in you, you need some chock, cuz I would gather your grip wasn't with it. You could do allot better.

  • very impressive lift! If you weigh 185 though you seem to look smaller than you are because that's quite heavy still -- I've just started playing with the deadlift few weeks, got 1x419lb - I weigh 192lb, will post video
