Here are successful races for the Snowflake Mountain courses. The only difficult one here is Snowball Valley. I highly, highly recommend TipTup for that course.

Everfrost Peak: 1:53.00 (unlock ghost) 1:48.00 (beat ghost)
Walrus Cove: 2:10.00 (unlock ghost) 2:06.28 (beat ghost)
Snowball Valley: 1:13.00 (unlock ghost) 1:06.41 (beat ghost)
Frosty Village: 1:44.00 (unlock ghost) 1:39.40 (beat ghost)
