The Cavaliers had a lot to swallow from the media and fans for their play against the Bulls and they made sure that wouldn't happen again.

It was a vastly different approach from the other games, Cavs showed pride and played hard to avoid a sweep at all costs. Particulary Wilkins showed aggressiveness for the first time in this series and attacked the basket like a madman. Cleveland would not go down without a hard fight.

The Bulls on the other had a slow start. Jordan needed some time to get his wrist loose and Pippen, aside from a great play in the second quarter, struggled from the field too. But the Bulls' defense was just as good as Clevelands and the Cavs led only by a margin at half.

After halftime Jordan took over like he did in Game 3. He hit some tough shots and scored 23 of his 31 points in the second half. When it came down to the last seconds of the game with the score tied at 101-101, everyone knew who would take the last shot for Chicago and one couldn't help but remember Jordan's buzzerbeater against the very same franchise four years ago.

And just like the last time Jordan destroyed the hopes of Cleveland and their fans. A tough fadeaway over Wilkins ended the game and the Bulls went on to the Conference Finals.

  • 5:40 is it me or does anyone get goose bumps when MJ starts to talk about the potential series coming up against the Knicks. I loved the way he answered that question cause most players would say they want the easiest ride to get to the Finals, not that guy it was like he's telling the Knicks to bring it on!!!

  • Poor Ehlo i'm sure he has nightmares with MJ until the day he dies

    MJ IS THE BEST!!

  • Announcer called it, they should of doubled teamed him with 4 seoncds on the clock. Better to have it shot from the hands of the other players rather than Jordan.

  • I also really liked it when Jordan flat out said he thought the Knicks were better and would play them over Charlotte, people always criticized MJ for not being political enough, but most players always answer the question with the same BS "either team could win, we're preparing for anybody, blah blah"......Michael didn't step around the question!

  • @maulman100 The NBA hadn't seen that type of ownage since Bill Russell played. I bet Jerry West/Elgin Baylor and the rest of the Lakers felt the same.

  • I would be embarrased at 1:30 gettn' stared down without dribbling the ball then pulln' a effortless jumpshot in my face.

  • Jordan's block on Price was so far above the rim that if he were one more step backwards he would have probably suffered a concussion! Thank the Lord I grew up during the Jordan Era... The greatest time to be a fan of the NBA EVER!

  • the basketball God, how many players have game winning, playoff series ending buzzer beaters that are not even talked about? GOAT

  • I actuatlly felt bad for Cleveland after this series, because they were never the same. Jordan has owned Cleveland since 84'.

  • They ask Michael who he'd rather play in the next round: the weaker Charlotte Hornets or the tougher New York Knicks. Michael of course said the Knicks. Lebron would have said the Hornets.

  • that hurt for clevland it happem three times lmfao.. iwonder how they feel after that
