Btw, I took some time to find a video for you of a 45 in stock form, check it out.

80-120 takes less time then yours, so I know you havn't beaten one. I also used to own a 45 but I sold it cause I couldn't afford the gas at the time, still had to get a 35 because these Infinitis are amazing.

@trackdriver1003 Stock vs stock a newer FX45 would loose in a 0-60 battle but run me down by the 1/4 mile. 14.5(09 fx45) vs 14.9(03 TLS)... You are correct about the age gap but I have more than made up for that with mods and other things, new trans, mounts ect. Keeping a car in prime running condition is not hard but it takes time and money.. That TL-S was pushing over 300hp w/mods and would rip most suv's a new one but its gone now.. RIP my love

sounds like the tec on the type s kicks in at 5k on my 01 normal tl it kicks in at 4500k

@fmefm ....The early year 04's do have tranny problems just like the 2gens. 05 AT W/SS are ok but im sure they wont hold up for long if you plan to mod the car like the rest of us.

I would look for an 04-08 with a 6pd MT, after you get your ride buy a engine torque damper to keep from blowing out engine mounts. You would be set for many years to come.

I love my TL-S but had I known about the tranny problems, I would have gone for the G35s with its rwd, better breaks and tranny.
