New Delhi, January 24 (ANI): India and Kazakhstan on Saturday inked five agreements including an agreement on civil nuclear energy in New Delhi. Kazakhstan is the central Asian country known to have the world's second largest reserves of uranium. Kazakhstan will be the fourth country after the US, France and Russia with which India will have civil nuclear cooperation after the US deal was signed, ending 30 years of India's nuclear isolation in the world.
