    We had a Peter Puck suit at our rink in Kapuskasing. The guy wearing it and the guys in the announcer's booth used to throw sno-balls and rain-blow gum at us.

    NBC Sports gave out promotional decals of Peter Puck that first year on TV. That original decal now resides inside the front cover of my Jim Proudfoot Pro Hockey 1974-75!!! Why...because Bernie Parent is on the cover!!!

    Peter Puck aired in the U.S on CBS-TV on Sunday afternoons between periods of the game in the late 60's (?) and/or early 70's.

    He never really caught on in the lower United States area called the Sun Belt, at least not in his early days. With a good number of franchises playing there now, that's changed.
