Lis Pendens Trailer

This is the trailer for the upcoming short film "Lis Pendens" starring Ol'Cracker and Kelsey Charles Donegan. Lis Pendens is the story of Sean Samson, a middle age husband and father of two who is down on his luck and out of work due to failing health conditions. When Richard, a young local real estate agent, hears news of the possibility of Sean's home going through foreclosure, Richard begins chomping at the bit at the opportunity to make his first big deal. Sean must find a way to save his home, family, and way of life.
