Havent had a vid up in a while. Cant really be bothered writing much at the moment haha XD
Basically Millies been out of action for over a month due to a nasty abcess :/
we had a ODE yesterday, she did AMAZING with no work or practise. She flew over all the jumps, we ended up 2nd overall, so i was extremely proud :) i think we have turned a corner :)

@ThreeGums haha yes, she dusnt like bees at all, wed been having problems with them all day, they sure pick the right time to annoy horses! haha thank you so much!!! :D

@ThreeGums I know, i have a bad habit with my arms, but i am working hard on it. Please also remember, Millie was bought as a 10 year old unbroken, shes only 15 atm, and we work with what we have, ive pretty much trained her myself, we do our best :)
Also with the refusal, her concentration dropped dramatically as a bee flew into her ear, the jump beforehand she flicks her head to the side, she HATES bee's with a passion and lost all focus, she dusnt need a crop at all :) thank you though! :)

You need to bend your arms a little more in the dressage, to encourage your horse to lower her head and work in a frame on the bit. Would probably be a good idea to use a crop to keep her focused on jumping and prevent refusal.
