  • yeah i feel that way too.

  • no cos you are not swinging your body its totally still so its pure strength liftin the weight.....

  • Almost. But when your sitting down it's harder to cheat

  • You can controle your arms movement much easier this way.. many people uses their shoulders more than the biceps when standing and doing curls

  • isnt this the same as standing?
