Crime Scene: EAST PALO ALTO CAR-JACKING & CHASE TO UNION CITY

East Palo Alto Police Responded on a report from a young woman that she had just been car-jacked at the intersection of Pulgas Ave. and, Bay Road. Where a youth pointed a dark revolver at her and told her to get out of her car. After her Call to 911 to report the crime the car was spotted by Menlo Park police in East Menlo Park: a chase ensued. The case lead to Highway 84 east bound crossing the Dumbarton Bridge to the East Bay. Once the car reached high way 880 if went north with Menlo Park & Union City Police all in pursuit. The car turned off the freeway a Alvarado Niles and on to Union Landing Blvd. into the Shopping Center and Stopped in front of the Century 25 theater Complex where both occupants were lost in the crowd.

The East Palo Alto police has a huge impact on the CRIMES over there, I would say 90 to 100% of the time. Is there a program for wrong doing of the police officers. The police naturally starts out with a lie, and everything else is a lie. Why even trust them.

Just wanted to point out that there was no crowd when these guys bailed, Menlo Park PD failed to keep up with them. Their lack of communication with the other agencies allowed them to get away.
