first congrats on the weight loss/health improvements. I do have a question though, & please don't take this as a criticism, I'm just curious. What did you do for protein, or did you simply go without for 2 months? It seems like that could be extremely unhealthy. Did you have to have a juice/shake/whatever every couple of hours to keep from being hungry? Did you experience any deficiencies during this time? I like the idea, but have concerns re living on nothing but juice for that long.

@fotogrl1 You need extremely little protein, about 0.75 grams a day pr kilo body weight, and the body provides about 2/3 of that by recycling damaged body cells. The Body also have a storage of Amino Acids.. protein deficiency is unheard of. :)

hey, this was a amazing video and concrates for your weight loss you did amazing you have inspired me to do this.:) i have 1 ? though what was everything you did did you ever eat any junk food or anything. was it all just veggies and nothing else. and is v8 juice good for this diet :) please help i would really like to no :) thanks

is it terribly bad to do a juice fast with store bought? i know there's sugars and added preservatives but i dont have a juicer :S

My thoughts also, where was your protein coming from as you may have lost a whole lot of muscle mass also slowing down your metabolism for the future when you you go back to eating some of those foods that got you out of shape. Im also not trying to "shit on your efforts" - congrats, but bring back the protein and implement a strength training program to promote muscle mass for optimal health. Cheers.

@llotusflower I tried to, not sure if I succeeded! Thing was about 1/2 the shirts I threw away because they ended up being way to big!! ha ha
