Hey everyone!!!
In this part I'm just touching up what is left of the ground floor to fill up space, I've been experimenting with the MO and combining objects together, they are not supposed to be used it is just for aesthetics, but I haven't tested it out so I will when I'm done!

Now, the main part of this... part is the creation of the custom hot tub!!! and changing the depth of the swimming pool... apparently the animations for getting to the hot tub are humorous, I haven't tried it yet but yeah...

Next part is the second floor bedrooms!

Avalon Grande took 9-10 hours to build altogether and costs $308 000 furnished and $151 unfurnished.

tbh i dislike this :/ you merge things together to much you start something an go back an change something you've done already which looks good already the hot tub idea is a bit rubbish as sum1 has said there sims have died in it :/ its all rubbish 'ive seen better from someone who only has like 1 video an i'm sure your other videos are good but i just dislike this :/ rant over :)
