Now I know why Sylvester McMonkey McBean decided to start his business. He saw a relative of his (Peanut M&M) release his product for something that originated with discrimination (M&M's were invented for the soldiers in WWII, and that is what the stars on the Sneetches' bellies originated with-what the Jews had to use as ID in WWII.) After seeing his relative support discrimination, he needed to curb it. And he gave some of the proceeds to another relative (Mr. Peanut).

Dr. Seuss = the man. The Sneeches is a wonderful way to teach children early on that racism is pointless and stupid.

@BriggOfEden

The best thing about this is that this story was written when being racist was still acceptable.

Meander kinda means to move in a swerving motion... so when a person is meandering, it means they're kind of wandering around... not sure how to explain it.

This is seriously an all time classic and it's impossible to find in book form.
