She has to, if you only move the lips it doesn't match up that quite well, theres throat and expression activity you don't achieve with lipsing only.

Actually, that's a pretty common thing. Directors usually ask the singer to sing along with the track so that it looks more real than it would if they were just lip-singing.

Not to take anything away from Bjork but it is common practice for singers to sing during the shooting of a music video and not just lipsync as it looks fake.
