The "WTF" kill is really easily explained:
You shoot P1 once, and he jumps over P2.
You then snipe P2, and at the same time P3 throws a grenade.
Nade explodes, and P1, is killed by the explosive barrel.
You are then credited with the death of both P1 and P2. Result: double kill.
