Vekoma have the 'sexiest' tracks imo

@corkscrewfoley and Vekoma now works with another roller coaster manufacturer called Chance Morgan. They make Awesome Gigacoasters.

@therideguide You respect all manufacturers, even Togo? I'd love a Togo documentary.

Anyone know if there are any remaining original wheels made by Vekoma still standing?
-
oooh and velocity reminds me of moto gp lol

my fave vekoma ride is kumali

I'd have to say intamins are the best. although vekoma are nice

I 100% agree with you. A coaster that is too smooth feels too controlled. Like you're sitting in a physics lesson.

The thing that really annoys me are the so called "enthusiasts" who just say "oh, Vekoma are bad because they're all clones and rough. I hate them because my head moved about a bit, and I've ridden more than 1 SLC!!!11111" What's not understood is that clones allow smaller parks, to have a very reasonable coaster, that is both thrilling, and cheap. This attracts more customers to the park, creating more profit to put towards new, custom rides. Oh, and there are plenty of smooth Vekoma's,

Well said!! I (Sean, Media Manager) love Vekomas. Sure I do like B&M's, who doesn't, but Vekoma stay true to what a roller coaster is all about. Make a coaster too smooth and part of the experience is lost in my opinion. I am an enthusiast, but I do respect all manufacturers and their designs.
