Here's a video of my homemade 1.5" Star mines. They were each packed with about 10 stars. They all went off quite nicely, however since the stars were still a little damp, their burn time was much longer. Don't worry, I didn't start any fires. Apologies for the background music in two of the clips, but my douchebag neighbour was having a party.

  • fireworks are illegal in Canada..thats why this guy is awesome!

  • @BananaKiller135 Thanks, but fireworks aren't illegal here. We have big stores open every halloween selling fireworks to the public.

  • cool, how long did it take you to make?

  • About 30 minutes. It took longer if you count the time it took to make the stars, black powder, and fuse.

  • I tried two of them about an hour ago. Well... They were my first ones and it was a 2" shell, packed with seven way too big stars each. They flew about 20 meters to the sky, and then fell down und burned the same time on the ground... But works pretty good for maybe 30 minutes of work!

  • @ChuKoNu1 how u make the stars and fuse

  • -I actually made..... 4 of them...... hahaha

  • With the plain paper coatings, wires and not showing your face, your videos look rather sketchy.

  • @ChuKoNu1 IS that right? fireworks were illegal for the nine years of my life that i lived there (im 14)

where do you live like what province?

  • what was that silver powder

  • So Canadians light fireworks on Halloween..?

  • Good job but the making video was long:| but where did buy them at?
