@amitp2 I would say yes, absolutely, with Uranus on the loose again.

@northwatuppa The big government phase mentioned in this video relates to the movement of the moon's nodes. I fear I do not know how fast the nodes move, but I *think* it takes them about a year and a half to go through a sign or something on that order. Also, they move backwards through the Zodiac. The north node will be out of Cap and into Sag starting early in 2011.

@amitp2 I would have to say absolutely yes, again. There is no way we are going to get through the next 60 years without new ideas. But that is only the beginning of the story.

2) when would this phase of BIG GOVERNMENT get over?

I fear so. You see, it isn't just Pluto in Capricorn. Pluto in Cap is just part of a larger fourth dimensional pattern, a culmination of culminations, etc., the tip of a cosmic cycle ice berg. Capricorn is some kind of gateway sign.

Bottom line: I have noticed from talking to people and reading the papers that since Pluto has gone into Capricorn, there don't seem to be any more small problems.
