@version150 awwww chip on the shoulder I see.. the fact that you are stipulating supermarkets as being US inventions and therefore anyone using them is simply copying the US just shows how sad you are...

TV, Microwave, Computers, Steam engines, the list goes on and on of international inventions that the US uses, so by your reasoning the US is simply copying all of these things. The supermarket really isn't that big of a deal because as inventions go, that one was going to come round sometime.
