Travis Barker Plane Crash - Released From Hospital

Nine days after a plane crash that took the lives of four other people, Travis Barker, along with DJ AM, has been released from Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta, Georgia, and is returning to Los Angeles. .
The former Blink 182 drummer underwent treatment for severe burns on his torso and lower body. Were told that Barker is traveling back to Los Angeles via bus and a close source to the musician says that Barker will never fly again-ever.

Barkers ex-wife, Shanna Moakler, has been at his side for the past week and is accompanying him on his road trip back to LA. He is expected to continue treatment upon arrival home.

Its safe to say that Travis Barker is feeling extremely fortunate to have survived what was a fatal crash. While he will in fact recover fully from his physical injuries, he will no longer have the company of his close friend and assistant Chris Baker or security guard Charels Still. Baker and Still were two of the four people killed in the crash. Baker was more than Barkers assisant, he was also his best friend.

In an outpouring of love and support, musicians like Paul Wall and The Game spoke out with messages of condolence. Baker is survived by his wife Jessie and his toddler son, Sebastian.
