  • Do you have any information about the premature aging of the Central Line Stock? Apparently the 1992 stock isn't holding up as well according to Tfl (but we don't get much company literature seeing as I'm in NZ!)

  • The trains were only meant to have a life expectinsy of about 10 years! and we are at what now? somthing around 15?

  • Westbound?

  • if you bother to read comments before you post, you will find out that the train was going to West Ruislup, there for yes.

  • does anyone know why the central line , district , northern and a jubilee line train that the buttons to open up the door dont work . why??

  • This is passenger open- drivers are no-longer allowed to use this as it can be used by other people to shut people in the doors.

    Hope this helps

  • @gavelex Is it because of the sharp curves near Bank?

  • @jack253 the 2011 refresh you mean?

  • 18 years and still going strong, these 1992 Stock really needs a refurbishment in the interior...

  • I'm really in love with London!

  • BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL MIND THE GAP MAN

  • @gavelex Why would LU get Adtranz as it was back then to build stock to last 10 years?

  • The central line is the line i use to get to work and back. I'd never change at bank/monument though, you have to walk for ages! I had to today to get the central line from the district/circle....nightmare :-/!

  • and in train they say: "pls mind the gap between the train and the platform" love it :D
