Although good in design and airflow, it is VERY heavy, the brushroll does not penetrate down into the carpet pile to loosen the grit and it falls over when using the tools.
Is there a stiffer brushroll available, or one with a beater-bar?

@vacuumboy2 Our 6 year guarantee covers parts and labour, so if a machine has a technical problem that can't be solved over the phone by our Customer Care Team, they'll arrange to pick it up from you, repair or replace and then return it to you free of charge.
