Epic Joker Laugh

This is from Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, at the end when the World of Tomorrow starts exploding. The Joker begins to laugh with epic music behind him. Gave me goosebumps.

Also, since the question seems to be coming up a lot, the song is "Andrea's Revenge" from the OST.
