Colorado Lightning Storm

This is a non-audio video file composed of many 30 second exposures timed together. It shows the development and action of a thunderstorm spawned by the Southwest Monsoonal flow. I have not decided what music will accompany this video-- so please make suggestions.

My aim is to show Colorado (arguably one of the most beautiful places in the USA) in a way few have seen before. This state has enormous mountains, broad plains and an even bigger sky. Its weather is the most dynamic weather I've ever seen and it changes so quickly from day-to-day, sometimes minute-to-minute in ways few could possibly imagine.

I have received questions about this clip-- so here are some of the answers-- the dots you see in the sky, moving, are in fact stars-- the brightest being Venus, making her descent in the summer sky. The bright line you see in two of the frames in an aircraft passing through view.

i live in colorado and i say that this is totally real i see crazy lightning all the time especially in the mountains!

Also, for those that live in Colorado..they know that this state gets all 4 seasons in a day sometimes. Due to the elevation, lightning is just as bad if not worst than Florida's lightning. Depending on where you go in Colorado there's lightning shelters. Between May and July usually west you can get some great lightning shots between the times of 3p and 6p in Spring/Summer

I can assure you this is not fake. Here's in Colorado (especially in the monument hill area) Lightning is sometimes crazy. A lot of people put fake with lightning storms because it's hard to get good footage. And when you do get good footage people call it fake or don't believe it probably because they weren't brave enough to capture it. And in the video description it's pretty much a time laps vid.
