Demi: *playing with Cody's hair while biting her lip*

Meaghan and Chelsea: *gulp*

Miley: *turns green*

Joe: *looks at Miley* Mi-?

Miley: *runs to the bathroom and starts throwing up blood**starts screaming and crying*

Joe: *looks around panicking* WHAT'S WRONG WITH HER?!

Alexander: *crying*

Vanessa: *picks him up and starts cradling him* She is in labour!! ZAC!

Zac: Already on it! *calls ambulance*

*Ambulance comes*

Ambulance dude: One person can come with her

Joe: I'll go!

*They drive away*

Selena: *calls Demi*

Demi: *making out with Cody**phone rings**groans* WHAT NOW?! *answers* Hello?

Selena: MILEY'S IN LABOUR! COME QUICK!

Demi: Oh ok hold on *looks at Cody* Do you wanna go see Miley's baby?

Selena: HOLD ON?!?!

Cody: Uh..I don't..really know..

Selena: HELLO?! PREGNANT LADY GIVING BIRTH!!

Demi: UGH FINE WE'RE COMING!! *hangs up**sighs in frustration and lies back*

Cody: Babe you gotta go for Joe and I gotta go for Miley

Demi: But if we go we'll act like we're not there!

Cody: It's a chance we gotta take.

Demi: *looks at him* Fine!

Cody: *kisses her deeply* That's my girl. Now let's go.

Demi: *sighs**gets up and puts her clothes on*

Cody: *does the same*

*They drive to the hospital*

*LATER*

Miley: *screaming**breathing in and out while pushing*

Joe: *holding Miley's hand* Baby push harder

Miley: *grabs him by the collar tightly and pulls him face-to-face with her* I AM NOW SHUT UP!

Joe: *raises his hands up in surrender* OK OK!

Miley: *lets go and grabs his hand tighter*

Joe: OW OW OW OW!!

Doctor: PUSH!

Joe: *pushes Miley 5 times*

Doctor: NOT YOU! HER!

Joe: Oh RIGHT!!

*half an hour later*

Cemi: *walk in*

Selena: WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG?!

Demi: Well there was this REALLY great pizza place and then I wanted to go dye my hair black see? *shows her her hair*

Selena: Omg you look so good and-THAT'S NOT WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT HERE!

Demi: Sheesh! Sorry!

Selena: *clips her nose together with the tips of her fingers in frustration and closes her eyes* Ok this isn't what were here for. We're here for Miley.

Demi: *thinks: Everything is about Miley*

Selena: *walks over to Nick and sits next to him*

Nick: *puts an arm around her and kisses her cheek softly; whispers in her ear: It's ok baby*

Selena: *nods*

Doctor: *walks over to them* Who's here for Mrs. Cyrus-Jonas?

Demi: *eyes widen* Mrs?

Selena: *nervous* Uh...US!

Doctor: Well would you like to see the babies?

Selena: Yeah DUH!

*They walk in to the room to see Miley holding two babies; one in a blue blanket and one in a pink blanket with Joe next to her staring at the babies and Miley in awe*

Selena: *eyes start to water**looks at Nick*

Nick: *looks into Selena's eyes**kisses a tear away then whispers: One day*

Selena: *grins and nods*

Miley: *looks up at everyone*

Vanessa: *walks over to her quickly and looks at the babies* They are so beautiful.

Miley: *grins wide and looks at Joe then the babies* Yes. Yes they are. *kisses the top of their heads*

Joe: What shall we name them?

Miley: *looks at her baby girl* Brandi Elizabeth Jonas-Cyrus. *starts to tear up*

Joe: *looks at Miley; remembering her dead sister and the day the first did it**kisses her forehead* Don't cry please. Your hurting me inside.

Miley: *wipes away her tears and nods* Sorry. *looks at her baby boy* Dylan Dean Jonas-Cyrus *smiles*

Doctor: Excellent choices Mrs. Jonas-Cyrus *leaves*

Demi: Ok why does he keep saying that?

Cody: I dunno *looks at Jiley* Is there something your not telling us?

Joe: *looks at Miley*

Miley: *looks at Joe and gulps*

Joe: *breathes heavilly* We..We got married.

Cemi: *eyes widen and shocked* WHAT?!

*end*
