    the highest delinquent rate.

however okinawan is said to be the warmest people.

  • @goldenhorde1990 Are you talking about the highest and lowest in Japan?

  • I have been to many countries in my life, and I will say, that the island of Okinawa in Japan has the warmest people I have ever met. I miss that place.

  • I believe the people are warm because of the island is sub-tropical. The people of Hokkaido are some of the coldest people in Japan. :)

This is maybe the saddest thing I've heard today :( My father is American and my Mom Okinawan. I'm going to visit my relatives there for the 4th time (we are not wealthy by any means) in august for the Abon Festival
