@paduans Hi there, I have just had the same experience, I placed a $40k order for equipment for export to the Caribbean, paid up front and sent a 40ft container in to be loaded for shipping. The container left a week later than had been stated, short shipped on key items that 'had been in stock', I then paid for two more shipments to finalise things- still key items were missing and I was over sent stuff I didn't want yet had paid for as I was in credit with the company. Poor at best.

Farmtek Customer Service did respond as they wrote below: am pleased to write their product arrived and is now in use. So far we are very pleased with this light weight fabric reflecting sun light. Why we would definitely purchase their products again in the future.
