Gimmie! Gimmie! Gimmie! A Jonas Brothers Love Story (Chapter 1)

It was the start of a new school year, and hopefully a start of some new beginnings. Effie is now a junior in high school, while her best friend Lauren is a senior. She hopes that nothing will change between the two when Lauren goes to college and she stays at Maxwell.

Effie's P.O.V.
God I cant believe it, the first day of my junior year. I hope this year will be loads better than last year. Especially with it being Audrey's last year here. Maybe once she leaves, I can finally live my life without having to worry about whats going to happen. My mom dropped me and Lauren off about 10 minutes ago, now we are walking through the halls to our lockers. Of course, they were next to each other. We couldnt have it any other way. We were like two peas in a pod. She was my Mac and I was her Cheese. (A.N. Inside joke between me and my friends.)

"Can you believe it Effie? Im finally a senior!" Lauren asked me with a look of happiness on her face that I havent seen since her dad divorced her mom and moved out of the house.

"Yeah, thats great." Im trying to be happy for her, I really am. Its just the fact that my best friend is going to be going to college in about a year, and Im going to have to fend for myself once shes gone. If I tell her what I really think, would that make me selfish?

"Come on Effie. Lets get to class so we dont have to go to sweep on the first day." Man I hated sweep. Its this place where if you are late to class, and you dont have a pass thing, you get sent there. You have to stay in there the whole class period, and you cant do anything. You cant sleep, you cant do homework, you cant even move. You just sit in a chair the whole time staring at a wall. I heard that you cant even go to the restroom. How crazy is that? (A.N. There actually is a sweep at my school.)

"Ugh, I hate sweep. Lets go." I had P.E. first hour. The one class I didnt want to take, but at this school you have to take it till you junior year. Laurens lucky; she doesnt have to take P.E. this year because she is a senior. I cant wait till Im a senior. I was walking towards the girls locker room when I saw Nick Jonas. Ive had a crush on him ever since 7th grade. He never used to talk to me until we became science partners or sophomore year. Apparently he noticed me to, because he started walking towards me.

"Well if it isnt my favorite science partner. How was you summer Effie?" He asked me, and then he gave me that smile that only he could give. It made my heart melt every time he smiled like that. It was the Nick Smile that every girl in the school knew about, but only few have seen. Cliché right? But still, it was true.

"My summer was fantastic. I finally got to go to the Bahamas." He knew that was the one place in the world I wanted to go to, but never got the chance. I would always say how when I get out of college, Im going to move there. Then he would always joke about how he would hide in her suitcase so they could both go together. He just didnt know that when he said that, it made Effie hope that he would really do it.

"Thats amazing. Im glad you finally got to go. Well I better go before coach yells at me."

"You have P.E. too?"

"Yeah. I guess Ill see you later," and with that he walked away. I finally thought that P.E. wasnt going to be that bad after all, seeing as the girls and boys P.E. always did game Monday, Wednesday, and Friday together.

Oh my gawd! I cant believe how long it took to get this up.
Im so sorry for not posting it when I said I would.
I got super busy with school and drama club.
So Im not going to say when Im going to post again,
because there are no guarantees.
I hope you understand.
If you notice I changed Angies name to Lauren,
So that it fits HelloBeautiful26s actual name. :]
