Heritage College Race Car Finished

Wichita - the # 35 Heritage College racing machine is complete as of last night. We had a little scare this last weekend when the new engine that we put in it blew up during practice. After some hard work by our driver Jay Purkey and his crew it is back running with a brand new engine for this weekends opening race at 81 speedway. Jay wanted me to give a special thanks in advance for supporting him and to everyone here at the school that made this possible.

we have Sully the fighting leaf on the hood as well as our logo on both quarter panels, we will also be adding our phone number to those quarter panels today. If you would like to meet our driver and see the race car in person please look for us on the front lawn here at the school next Wednesday April 15.




If you want to support Heritage College and our driver Jay then please feel free to attend any or all of the APMR modified class races that are held at 81 speedway (7700 N. Broadway, Park City KS) throughout the 2009 season. Below is a schedule of the races.
