Well Loki doesn't like to move around a lot when he has clothes on...lol like you saw in the video he usually falls asleep. Most of the time Freya doesn't mind it and she ignores the clothes and goes about her business. When they were younger we would sometimes put little bows on their tails so maybe over time they've gotten used to it.
