As you may already know, Krumping is an agressive form of raw style and expression that emerged in 2000...Los Angeles is where krump was born. It's now taking the world by storm and every country, nation and culture is hearing about it.Tha Bzerk Squad is the first krumping crew/community in Canada.

Pez A.K.A Big Bzerk, first Canadian Krumper, veteran in the Montreal street dance scene, is the founder of the Bzerk squad. He started studying this art in 2004, back when Krump dancing was a complete mystery to alot of people around the world and before the movie RIZE came out. In 2005, he met one of the elite Mc/Dancer artist Snaxx (also known as Twinn Bzerk and Lyphe). They quickly become the main faces in the street dance scene followed by the first ladies of Krump in Canada : Taminator and Lady Bzerk. To add to that, they are joined by a new breed of dancers such as H-Wood, Atn aka Twinn Lyphe,Venom aka Soulja Bzerk, Bully Bzerk and Wizz aka CBad Bzerk.

In 2006, The Bzerk Squad comes to life. With some of the originators listed above to lead the way, krumping is quickly becoming a growing movement in the eastern part of Canada. ''Tha Squad'' made their presence known last year at the biggest event in Montreal : Bust a move 3. This young group of dancers gave a performance that helped them gain respect, not only for them, but for the Krump movement itself. This group is the main reason why krumping is accepted in Montreal. They're now spreading the name, the movement and the lifestyle across their country.

In the summer of 2008, the Bzerk Squad created the first krump event in Canadian history. The event, called Gutta Zone, was a complete success, with over 16 participants battling each other in exciting battles assembling over 250 spectators in Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa.
