Um... I mean when Legions was updated people made the difference by calling it The updated Legions the new version and the old Legions the Old Legions...

Actually, it isn't.
Rare graphics problem that might occur with your video card I believe. It has nothing to do with prefs.cs as far as I know. You just have to restart Legions.
Pretty sure it got fixed already.
