Trailer Last Stop 174 - Vanaf 11 juni 2009 in de Nederlandse bioscopen!

Regisseur Bruno Barreto borduurt voort op de ware geschiedenis die de kern vormde van de indringende documentaire van José Padilha en Felipe Lacerda Bus 174, die het verhaal vertelt van een kind dat opgroeit om te eindigen als gijzelnemer. De jonge Sandro woont in de sloppenwijken van Rio de Janeiro, waar corruptie en geweld de norm zijn. De wees Sandro is vervreemd van de wereld en moet vrezen voor zijn leven, waarna hij belandt in een crimineel bestaan, waar hij wellicht niet uit zal kunnen ontsnappen.

Very good film, with no happy ending , shows the real life in Brazil..

Sandro was a survivor of the Candelaria massacre famous in 1993, as well, it also shows the unpreparedness of the police
