The Galaxy Nexus can also scroll slowly, it just uses "Momentum Scrolling" if you flick your finger quickly, it scrolls quickly, if you move your finger slowly, it scrolls slowly. The Iphone 4S just scrolls the same increment no matter how fast your finger flicks.

You can argue that the IPhone is still a 3g device, while the galaxy nexus is 4g, but I still will take the Galaxy Nexus.
