Every government agency has an emergency preparedness plan. These are for natural disasters and the possibility of another 9/11. These are in place so your government services will be able to continue. It has nothing to do with some "doomsday" scenario. I work for the post office, we have one too. So all of you "doomsday" people...CALM DOWN!
