The worst part about all the money we've funneled to the military is that we still leave veterans high and dry, committing suicide in record numbers because when their tour is over we give them some money and go, "See ya. If you get bored, come back and sign up again." Struggling, jobless, no healthcare, sometimes homeless; all after fighting at the behest of a bunch of old guys sitting back in Washington raking it in. It's really disgusting what we've become.

How so? Bernie is one of the few people in Congress who actually looks out for the interests of the people. He doesn't have to get up and point out fraud. That takes guts. He is a man crying out in the wilderness. it's not his fault most of the rest of Congress is corporate bought.
